JSC Syktyvkarskiy LPK (JSC SLPK) is one of the largest paper manufacturers, producing approximately 1.3 million tons of high quality products annually: office, offset and newsprint paper, containerboard and dry market pulp.
Built in 1969, the mill is constantly improving its production technology. Continuous quality control is carried out at all stages of production, from logging to product output and shipment to customers. The fully integrated mill is equipped with modern, high-quality equipment to achieve the best quality products and increase production volumes. Approximately 4,500 employees involved in the production cycle receive regular training, improve their skills and develop their careers to meet the high standards set by JSC Syktyvkarskiy LPK. The company's own logging sites ensure an uninterrupted supply of high-quality raw materials.
The company's products are successfully marketed on both domestic and foreign markets due to their high competitiveness and sustainability. Such results are achieved by applying the latest technologies and using the most modern production equipment. The most famous product of JSC SLPK, the office paper Snegurochka, is characterised by high whiteness and opacity, as well as safety and usability. Snegurochka paper is available in A4 and A3 formats. It prolongs the life of office equipment, can be stored for a long time, does not jam or curl during use and offers consistently high quality even when printed on both sides.
Environmental and social responsibility is an integral part of JSC SLPK's philosophy. A conscious approach to business is the basis for balancing the environmental, social and economic interests of the company. The company considers it a priority to continuously reduce its impact on the environment. JSC SLPK plays a strategic role in the lives of the inhabitants of the Komi republic in Russia, as the company contributes to the development and welfare of the region in the areas of electricity supply and wastewater treatment. The plant's forest lease base is an example of the preservation of forests of high ecological value. The company grows more than 8 million closed-root pine and spruce seedlings annually in its own forest nursery.
